  If you want to return a part or foot, you must first report this by e-mail stating the order number and the reason for the return.
You will receive a return number from us that you can state on the enclosed packing slip.
We request that you return the shipment within 5 days after receiving the return number.

The credit will take place within 2 weeks after receipt of the returned item

method of return:
* Packing slip with return number.
* In original packaging with packing slip.
* Insured transport with signature receipt.

Privay legislation.
Due to the privacy law, we can only answer questions about orders via email and not over the telephone. If you have a question about your order, email us at the same email address where the order was made with.

For information :
Parts from which our marks have been removed will not be returned (see general condition)
If you want to cancel the order, that is possible, you have up to 14 days after receipt.
Right of withdrawal only applies to consumers (B2C) and not to companies (B2B).
The costs for returning parts are for the sender himself.
All parts are shipped sealed with a red seal sticker.
If the seal is broken, you cannot use the right of withdrawal. 

If we receive a part back, we will test it after we have received it and, if defective, we will deliver a new part if possible. If there is no longer a replacement part available, the purchase amount will be reimbursed. if the returned part is not defective, we will send it back. The purchase amount is not refunded in this case.
